Why We Care
The food system is under pressure. At Redstick, we see opportunity in the urgency:
1 billion tons of food are wasted annually
85% of food packaging ends up in landfills and oceans
Labor is increasing scarce on farms, in warehouses, in manufacturing facilities, and in restaurants. Turnover is high and consistency is low. Automation enhances the high performing laborers.
